The inscription records the performance of the satyr drama 'Palamedes' written by Theudotus at the Romaia in Magnesia on the Meander.There are no extant fragments of the play, see TrGF1, 157 Theudotus, p. 310. The performance took place in the 1st century BC.This was a satyr drama.
