The inscription records the performance of the tragedy 'Clytemnestra' written by Polemaeus (of Ephesus) at the Romaia in Magnesia on the Meander. There are no extant fragments of the play, see TrGF1, 155 Polemaeus, p. 309. The performance took place in the 1st century BC.
