Production notes:
We do not know when this play was first produced. The date range given here is based on Sophocles' first competition (Mar. Par) and his last (Life of Euripides 2). It is assumed here that the play would have been performed in Athens. This play was probably a satyr drama. It has been suggested that this play was identical with The Rape of Helen.
