Prose translation by Leconte de Lisle. This volume contains Prométheus Enchaîné, Les Suppliantes, Les sept contre Thèba, Agamemnôn, Les Khoèphores, Les Euménides and Les Perses. The Orestia is here translated in full and not adapted as in Les Erinnyes, first performed and published in 1873. Agamemôn, Les Khoèphores and Les Euménides were included in the 2007 edition of Leconte de Lisle's translations on the Tojan cycle entitled Mourir pour Troie (Annie Collognat, ed.).
