A revival of the 1912 production (ID 512), staged in honour of Ras Tafari, the future Emperor of Ethiopia (known as Haile Selassie I). Agamemnon - with significant cast changes - was staged again four days later at the same venue with Choephori (see ID 7648), and with Choephori again in Cairo in December (ID 7649).
