Performed on 14 December, with an additional prologue on the dressing of the actors and an Epilogue on 'Chremes hen-pecked'. A production of Scapin, Thomas Otway's adaptation of Molière's play (with an additional Prologue addressed to the Duke of Cumberland and an Epilogue on Phormio's history) was performed by the younger Westminster boys following the production of Phormio by the senior boys. The second performance on 15 January had an additional prologue by the Captain as Phormio and an Epilogue on stage spectacles.
