This was the first production of Aeschylus' 'Oresteia' trilogy. The tetralogy was: Agamemnon, Choephoroi, Eumenides and Proteus (satyr). Xenocles was choregos for this production. This was supposedly the last time that Aeschylus competed in the Dionysia.
