APGRD Notes
Date - after 456 BC. Euphorion was not technically the dramatist since he was producing plays written by his father Aeschylus, which had not been produced in his lifetime. He came first in the competition (the entry in the Suda actually says that he won four times with plays written by his father, but it seems more likely that this was one victory with four plays).
