This production re-worked material from Aeschylus' Oresteia, the Electra plays of Sophocles and Euripides and Euripides' Orestes, with several speeches adhering closely to those in the original plays. The production was created during the time of the South African Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC), in workshop with students at UCT under the direction of Mark Fleishman.
