It is not known when this play was produced. The date range for performance given here is between the year of his first competition (acc. to Suda) and his death (Marm. Par.). It is assumed that this play would have been produced in Athens. This play has the alternative titles of Phrygians or Hektoros Lutra (Ransom of Hector). It was probably produced in a trilogy with Myrmidons and Nereids.
